CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & RETURNS
All sales from Foxfolk Ltd are final. No cancellations, refunds, or returns will be issued for regular orders or pre-orders, except in the case of verified manufacturing defects. Foxfolk™ wants our customers to be satisfied. Please refer to our installation video before installing our product. We are not responsible for problems due to installation. We only offer refunds on manufacturing defects with our products.

DIGITAL EVIDENCE REQUIREMENT
All performance or quality related refund requests require supporting digital evidence. Physical product returns are not commercially viable within our global direct to customer supply chain.

To assess a refund request, we require photos or video of the reported issue along with relevant bike and installation details. This allows our technical and R&D teams to investigate the matter thoroughly and determine the most appropriate resolution.

Refunds are issued once the requested information has been received and reviewed. Where sufficient evidence is not provided, we reserve the right to offer a replacement product instead of a refund or to decline the refund request.

WARRANTY
Foxfolk™ products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase on the condition that products are properly installed. This warranty is not transferable. All Foxfolk™ products are sold with the understanding that the purchaser has independently determined the suitability of the product for its use. Foxfolk™ products are not intended to repair any existing structural damage, paint damage, or manufacturer defects and Foxfolk™ will not be held responsible if its products worsen such damage.

Foxfolk's™ sole obligation under this warranty is limited to replacement of the defective product, without charge, at Foxfolk's™ discretion. In the event that replacement is not practical, Foxfolk™ will issue a refund to the purchaser of the product. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Foxfolk™, its members, officers, employees, or agents be liable under contract, tort, strict liability, negligence or any other legal or equitable theory or otherwise (and whether or not any of such persons or entities had prior knowledge of the circumstances giving rise to such loss or damage) with respect to the product for any damages, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the use of the product, including without limitation, bodily or personal injury, damage to property and/or any other damages resulting from performance or non-performance of the product. Foxfolk's™ liability shall in no event exceed the purchase price of the product paid by the purchaser. No express or implied warranties other than those expressly defined above shall apply to products produced or sold by Foxfolk™.
